Default !!Opperation cr250exr plans have changed!!Need help!!

I have Changed my plans for my project, instead of buying a 400ex frame, I am going to use the cr frame and put the atv style front-end on. If you look closely on both cr and an atv you can see how I think it can work, there is an angle / on the very front of the atv and forward of that it holds the a-arm mounts, shock mounts...I am sure I could make this work. My friend can get the aluminum and welding done, and I will get swingarm, a-arms, shocks, steering parts...I have heard of someone on here doing a trike-into-fourwheeler project, but couldnt find it. The only problem I think Ill have is with getting the a-arms and steering parts all lined up.

Can anybody help me with this or is it just plain impossible.

Later,

Mark

Your plan is possible...but with a high chance of CRAP...bikes are bikes...not quads...if you want to be able to use that power you'll need it in a good frame...250R or 400EX frame would be great...trying to cob a dirtbike frame into a fourwheeler will turnout badly...look at all those 3 wheeler conversions...sure they now have 4 wheels but they now look...handle, jump, and ride like trash...stick with your original plan.
