Ok, i went out and bought a service manual so I could see how hard it'd be to install a wiseco 11:1 piston and hotcams stage 2.

-What kind of gains can i expect and will the higher compression make up the bottom end loss?
-Is 11:1 ok on premium pump gas?

I know about engines but I am nervous that i may screw something like the timing up, should i be alright with the service manual?

 

between the forum and your manual you can do it...just don't rush and ask questions about anything that you are unsure about...or pay your local Honda guys the 3-6 hours worth of labor

I was also wondering the proper break in procedure because on the hotcams site it said that your supposed to keep the rpms above 3000 for like the first half hour and not let it idle?
