Has anyone read the interview with Team Green GNCC rider Mike Penland in the most recent 'On the Fast-Trak' article at atvscene.com? He states that Kawasaki WILL be bringing out a new quad this year that will be "something similar to a 400EX."

Sounds promising.

Later,

Dennis

What ever happened to the KXF250 they were trying out. Did it not make the cut or what. Thats what we need again. A two stroke racer updated too.

I read in one of the magazines that the new quad would DEFINETLY not be the KXF250. Kawasaki said it would not go into production. I think it will be either a 400cc to compete with Honda and Cannondale or a 650 to compete with the Bombs and the new Yamaha which is supposed to be a 660cc bike.

I'm getting SO TIRED of the manufacturers building only four stroke quads. Forget the Banshee or the Polaris', we NEED a good single cylinder, liquid cooled, TWO STROKE, placed in a chassis that MY OL' GIRL would be envious about. Oh yeah, it MUST WEIGHT NO MORE THAN 330 lbs. As a HONDA man, I would buy the KXF 250!

I'd like to see another two stroke, but for the most part, they're disappearing due to the emissions.

but still, the new 2 stroke technology, its almost as efficient as a 4 stroke, so i think we should see something like that, either licenced from one company, to another.

could atvconnection do an article about it?
i think i saw something on this in a popular science.

Unfortunately the Gas Gas doesn't come with LIGHTING AND that NOSE-piece is really UGLY.
