Default Jetting on an 88 Quadracer 250

Ok guys, i am running a 90 over piston with an FMF Fatty Pipe with a Power Core Silencer and a clamp on K&N. What size main jet would be to run in it. Any help or info is apreciated thanks, KEV

Where are you riding, Elevation? You may need to run about a 240 jet, but this isn't somthing we can tell you. You have to just check your plug. Jetting is not something you can just ask about. You have to run your quad and do the checks. We don't know your conditions and all the specs on your quad. Do you have aftermarket reeds? Any air box mods? Too many variable for us to guess about.

Default Jetting on an 88 Quadracer 250

I am at about 1000 ft. above sea level, i am not running an airbox at all im running a K&N Clamp on. I am running a 90 over piston(high compression on 116 octance gas) i was just curious what everyone else was running. I bought this quad off of my friend and have never messed with the carb so i was curious of what you guys were running.

Jets are one of those things where it is a taylored fit. I ve seen nearly identical quads running different jets. The best thing to do is to really experiment and see what runs the best, while maintaining correct plug color.
