The info posted on this forum is certainly enjoyable and educational. However there are some not so happy posters on this subject? You most certainly have never riddin a DS because if you have you would know that it is a Bu++load of fun!
I have never burned so much gas on a quad in my life and have rode many of machines.....so in conclusion I just want to say "don't knock it till you try it"....it totally rocks!
Ride what you own and enjoy!

I agree totally with the atvinstructor on everything. The only problem's I've had are jetting and the stock tires are not good for my types of riding. I've ridden the DS in the desert, on the dunes and some trails and I think it is the best machine for my type of riding ever produced. In the past I have had a '90 banshee, three 250r's, and still have a '99 400ex. Just my opinion though.
