Default i need more power

is there anyone that knows away i could get more power to my arctic cat 300 2x4, another thing is i have been having a problem with the brakes. the foot brake for the rear was not working at all so i tightened it how the manual told. But now my front parking brake it's not holding the atv on hills. It olny occurs when either the brakes are wet, (brakes don't hold hand lever is pulled in all the way,) or when it has been sitting on a hill for a little while. Do i need more brake fluid. help!!! there it goes down the hill again.

Wet brakes-not much of a fix but let them dry. just like in a car.

rolling on a hill- how old and used up are the pads?

dantheman, hehe. is the lever all soft and go right to the bar? if so the system will need to be bled maybe, also check the fluid level in the master cyln. The rear brakes on most cats are junk. I removed my complete assm.
