I just bought an 03 bayou 300 and the second time i had it out, a plug blew outof the engine cover and it shot oil outwhile i was riding. I downshifted and heard a grind noise the the bike shut off automatically. So I get off of the bike and notice that I lost all of the oil, so back to the dealer the bike goes. Everything is under warranty and the problem is fixed, so i took the bike out last week after picking it up from the dealer, i start the bike up on the truck and ride off of the ramps and it dies and won't start. so for the second week in a row i roll the bike back up on the truck and bck to the dealer. Any how it was just a fowled up spark plug, which seems odd to me. the mechanic was trying to tell me that the plug has gotten fowled from transport, and i am starting to think that maybe when i heard the grind that a groove was cut in the cylinder . does anyone have any thoughts on this???
