Default tires for 400 4x4

I was looking at tires for my scram 400 4x4 I was thinkin about the new model spider tracs any one have a favorite tire or one that has been a good reliable tire for you let me know. I ride mostly trails but am not afraid to hit the big mud holes and some good winter snow.

I was between spidertracs and Titan 489 X/T's. I finally settled on the 489 X/T's for a few reasons. 1. They were cheaper 2. I could find them in stock sizes 3. They are super tough 6-ply tries 4. they had a more aggressive and deeper tread than the spidertracs, although the spidertracs do look sweet. I am happy with my decision. They ride a little stiffer than the stock 489 A/T's, but not that bad. They rock on trail, snow, sand , and moderate mud. I haven't gotten stuck...yet. They are just a great all terrain tire

I have had ITP XCT's wrapped around ITP .190 for a few weeks now and wouldn't trade them for anything! It is a good idea to keep a relatively aggressive front tire for that added pull in mud and climbing sand hills. The XCT .190 set for the rear ran me ~225 shipped.

489 X/T's here, they ride good, good traction, clean out well in shonw and mud and are 6 ply.

I have had ITP Holeshots and Maxxis Razr's on my bike. They both ride/handle and give traction about the same. The difference is, the Maxxis tires are a little less expensive and they last ALOT longer than the ITP Holeshots. I have Holeshots on my VForce from the factory and I will be replacing them with Maxxis ASAP.
