ETS or Perfex suspension kits?

ETS or Perfex suspension kits?
Two "better riding" suspension kits have been recommended to me for my Foreman 450 ES:
The ETS Suspension kit, from AD Boivin engineering,
and
the Perfex "Long Travel Lift Kit."
The only ETS kit is listed for the '98-'01 Foreman; mine is a 2002 model, so unless there's an update, there may be a problem.
The Perfex kit includes '98-'03 models, but since it appears that Perfex Co. is in liquidation (per web searches), I'm not sure what kind of service will be available if there are problems with the kit.
Has anybody tried or is using either kit?
Are either of these modifications worth the money & trouble?
