Default Grease zerks for Raptor swingarm.

After about 20 hours of hard use on my new Raptor the swingarm has decided to sqeek everytime it moves. This is so not cool. I have decided to install grease fittings on the swingarm, just like it was on my old Scrambler. I am sure this has already been done before, so is this the fix to the problem?

It might not be the swing arm.
Mine did the same thing & it was the rear shock mounts.
Pull the bolts out & put some grease in the bushings, that'll probably solve the squeak.

You could be right, but when I spray WD-40 on the swingarm pivit area, it stops sqeeking. I will lube my shock bolts anyway just to be sure.

A little grease never hurts!

I wouldn't use WD40 it is not a true lubricant. You should use some lubricant spray then let it soak in then bounce it.

I agree about the WD40 spray. It is a penetrating spray that will actually remove any grease/oil. WD40 is a good hand cleaner if nothing else works.

I highly recommend taking the main swingarm bolt out and lubing things up. I mounted zerks on my swingarm. You will have to remove the swingarm to drill the holes. The holes must be drilled in the right location or you won't be able to squeeze any grease into the swingarm since the bushings or bearings will block the grease. If you take it apart, you will see what I mean.

I agree with you on the WD-40, I just used it to see if it was my swingarm that was sqeeking. As soon as I sprayed some on it stopped. I bet the grease zerk idea will solve my problem.

same thing happened to mine. I sprayed silicone spray on the swingarms bushings and it hasn't done it since. That was about a month ago.
