I was looking at the RCR air box mod kit but don't want to purchase somethin I have no idea about . I guess it just mods your stock air box any info?? thanks

 

I think Rick still sells the inlet tube. Then you do the cutting and opening up of the box. Still keeps the splash protection, but really opens up the flow.

 

It is just a different air filter that is taller and seals on the outside lid , a Polaris air venturi , a hose clamp and a piece of 2.5 " x .049" x 3" long piece of aluminum tube .

I send some instructions with it , it isn't to hard to install it .

You can make your own too , I have seen folks use PVC instead of aluminum . Your local Polaris shop can get the venturi for about $4 .
