Does anyone know of any mods that are available for the LT 50. I need to get some more power out of it for my son.

 

Quadmad Racing in Australia have done 2 years work on the lt50 motor and have come up with a powerup kit that doesn't cost the world.

K&N and mounting bracket
Clutch springs and mod (Do it yourself)
2mm spacer to lift the ex port
And a whole heap of do it yourself mods including some very interesting stuff to do to the Shocks, as they don't work real well, They know how to get these little quads going good

Hey I don't mean to step in the wrong forum, but I just pulled the Graydon pipe off my son's 03 LT50 and might be looking to get rid of it if you want to add a pipe.

I have a CT racing pipe on my sons quad. Its the same pipe as the graydon just with a diffrent name on it . Let me tell you with a K@N filter (#RU-0200) and that pipe this little quad really wakes up. The CT racing pipe is 50.00 dollars cheaper Than the graydon.

What dealers carry the pipes?What jetting changes are necessary?I have been looking around but noone lists them in any of the ads I find.

 

I got my sons CT racing pipe (one co. makes both the CT, an the graydon there the same pipe)from www.worldwideperformance1.com they have them on stock for 215.00 plus ship.

As for the jet I went with a size 70 main if you look at page 2 in the kids forums under lt 50 mods there is a list of everything i did. want to put pics on my page but cant seem to figure it out.
