Default RCR Midrange pipe for TB 250

does anyone have the rcr midrange pipe on a trailblazer 250. It sounds like a good pipe, because i think it is supposed to work with the stock clutch. does anyone have it, how does it work?

Hey,
I bought the rcr stage1 kit and the midrange pipe came with it. I am very happy with the power it added. Yes it will work with the stock clutch but I would recommend getting a clutch kit because they will work together to make good power. If you are going to start modding your blazer u should try to get all of your parts from the same company because they are made to complement each other.

Trailblazer rider,

What jetting setup do you have with the 34mm carb and does it hesitate on take off?

I think its one of the best priced kits out there for the Trailblazer. I have the hpd pipe which I think is pretty similar to the rcr midrange pipe. I believe the rcr is a little louder though. You'll like it, it really brings the T.B. to life. besides Rick Ritter is a great guy to deal with. He'll answer any questions you might have. good luck

I got it from aaen performance,it did seem to pull harder and quicker all the way thru the power band, but it was hard to get dialed in correctly especially on the midrange.I had a big flat spot. no matter what position the clip was in, it was either too lean or too rich. Thats why I put the dial a jet on.It took all of the guess work out of it. It gives it the right amount of gas when the engine needs it.
