I remember back in 97 or 98, I think it was Jeremy Schell was running a 416 [on a 250x engine] at Red Bud.

How do they run when they get that size??

 

I dont know how big but I have heard of a428 from a250x. It was atime bomb and then there was nothing left. Ihave seen a352cc 300ex last for about 5 seasons racing inthe 4 stroke open class indoors,doing real good.

 

I first had a 352 kit from powroll and made the mistake of using a rev box . It also had a high lift cam and springs ,35mm lectron and plus 2 mm intake valves with a mega port job. That puppy loved to rev. It was nothing like the stock motor . To bad the rev limiter dont stop the crank from breaking in half. Ou.ch. Then I installed the 406 kit and put the stock rev limiter back on. Now it has gobs of torque and great mid range but the top end weak. It will still keep up to a stock 4ooex though. Ya want it .
