my 500 scrambler got beat by my other 500
#1
I have 2 Scrambler 500 4x4.Both are 2001-One of them has a AAEN pipe and a AAEN Clutch kit. Also has a K&N Fliter. The other one bone stock. The bone stock one is somewhat faster.Even from the start.
What do you fellow Gear heads suppose is the deal here?I did not do anything to the jet on the Modded one.Could this be the problem. It runs great,so I did not see the need to change it.
It has nothing to do with the drivers ability either.
Just Wondering????

Yep. something is wrong with that picture in my opinion. It probably has something to do with either jetting or clutching. The best thing to do, is to call Aaen and describe the problem and see if they have any opinions on it. I have dealt with them many times and they are very good for advise and help. Since it is their product, I am sure they could give you more info than any of us. You also may need to make some jetting changes with the K&N, but ask them first.
