here's the deal: i've got a 94 banshee (stock) except for a pro-design airfilter adapter and a k&n filter with an outerwear. i want to remove the airbox lid, but i'm not sure about the jetting. stock main is 300 and i am thinking of upping it to a 320. any suggestions?

The banshee comes equipped with main jets 200-220 depending on elevation. Modified Banshee's typically run a 270-300 main jet. This information is from FMF racing, the people at toomey, and of course Yamaha. If you need names and numbers I would be happy to give them to you. Who is the simple man now?

I agree with garyc400ex. My Banshee came stock with 200 main jets. After all the mods. listed below I'm at a 300 main. I don't think you should give advice on something when you haven't even done what you say you have done. And the funny thing is why would you answer someones question and then turn around and ask the same thing. We all have many questions on this forum and if we stear people in the wrong direction they will not come back and support the many of us that ask for help with something. So please if you have have something to contribute please do but if you just want to sound like you know what you are talking about please don't post anything, we all see to many salsemen everyday trying to tell us something that they have no clue about themselves. Sorry to sound rude but please listen. Thanx.
