i dont have any idea what size haulers i need to buy for my ds i was thinking 20x10x9 10 paddles or the 22x11x10 10 paddles, my mods are in my sig help me!!!!!!

Don't you have a fresh set of 20's he can buy. . . if he really wants the 20's.

Crazy:

Watch your heel guards with the 22's (BTW - 9 paddle for mild mods is probably best.) Some people have had to trim the heel guards at the spot where the vertical crease in the plastic bends back towards the tire. I suggest cutting prior to putting the 22's on.

15/42 doesn't require a new chain. Some run a 15/43 set-up but, you will need a new / longer chain.

Jeff: Does your aftermarket (rear) axel run with Honda or Yammy bolt pattern?

 

ive removed my heel guards already and may be getting the fenders shaved i have more stuff for it on the way lol its just my sand sharks ar crappy lol they came with the bike o well....

Picked up a SandSports Mag while at the store on Sunday. I think I need a drug habbit to support my hobbies. Some sweet looking rails in there! I don't know how you ever narrowed it down to the one you got (too many in there!)

I like the idea of the Yammy axel. Could swap tires between my quad and the Wife's Raptor (Tripple Buff's!!!)

I can always tell when I need to go ride. . . my brain starts thinking about these things too much!

 

I run 20-10-10 10 paddle extremes on my stock ds. When I buy my next set they will be 21s. I've seen some guys do some major damage to their platic with 22s so either mod the plastic or go with the 21s.

The 10 paddles really hook up. This spring I was racing a baja with pipe, K&N, & who knows what else at Florence. After three trips up south jetty hill kickin his ***, the guy finally asked what mods I was running. When I told him that the bike was stock except for the extremes, he got pissed and drove off in a huff. Guess he couldn't handle that the sand skates he was running wiped out any performance increase he got from his mods!

 

For a mild modded DS you might want the 8 paddle 22's. If you get to many paddles without enough power it will slow you down on the top end.
