Tina, I just give mine 4 or 5 pumps of the grease gun after every wash. The excess can be nabbed with a Q-tip. Just for couriosity sake, I had mine all torn down (something I do with a new machine to make sure all is well), and all was fine. Hope the dealer takes care of you.

Hmm, I caught your post on Predator Owners too. Did you try taking off the brake caliper, to see if something is lodged in there? Also give a good look behind the LH side of the skid-plate. You can remove those two bolts, and the "side-cover" comes off for cleaning and inspection. I've had mine pretty packed with stuff before. Just some ideas, hope it helps. I do know that it's a great idea to periodically remove your front wheels, and take a look. The close tolerance fit between the brake calipers and the rims doesn't let you flush the caliper cooling fins out very well....quick and easy preventative maint. to help keep things running smooth.
