Tina, I just give mine 4 or 5 pumps of the grease gun after every wash. The excess can be nabbed with a Q-tip. Just for couriosity sake, I had mine all torn down (something I do with a new machine to make sure all is well), and all was fine. Hope the dealer takes care of you.

I cant think of anything else that would make the noise that it was making. Hard to explain, but LOUD screeching and almost a grind You can see how it is when looking at caliper and did some small things to check it all out like rotate the hub. Hard to explain, but theres def sometinhg not right in there..After EVERY oil change it get a good lube for sure...We noticed something wasnt quite rigth several weeks ago but the one dealer blew it off as us being too picky..Well we kicked him to the curb and now have another dealker thatwill honor all the work so Ill find out more hopefully today. Thanks Modquad

Hmm, I caught your post on Predator Owners too. Did you try taking off the brake caliper, to see if something is lodged in there? Also give a good look behind the LH side of the skid-plate. You can remove those two bolts, and the "side-cover" comes off for cleaning and inspection. I've had mine pretty packed with stuff before. Just some ideas, hope it helps. I do know that it's a great idea to periodically remove your front wheels, and take a look. The close tolerance fit between the brake calipers and the rims doesn't let you flush the caliper cooling fins out very well....quick and easy preventative maint. to help keep things running smooth.
