I recently ordered +2 a arms for my 400ex. I also ordered Axis shocks for the new arms. Will the longer front end overpower the rear? Should I get a +4 axle right away? Any help would be appreciated.

It shouldn't. I ordered some +2s for my 400ex. 4-6 weeks, bummer. The front end should end up the same or a little wider than the rear. I don't forsee a problem at all because just simply by widening one or the other, it makes an improvement in stability, now of course, doing both is the best because it retains the same geometry, but there should be no ill effects doing one or the other. In the videos, I noticed that some guys run their bikes this way. Must be a reason...
