Default raptor timing chain 686?

I'm just curious, my timing chain seems to be stretched a little so that my cam is about 1/2 tooth off of where it should be. My bottom end seems weaker than it should be as well. Is a half tooth enough to cause a weaker bottom end? Also should I replace it or slot my cam sprocket to make up for it?

Retarding the cam will give you less bottom end more top.You will probably need to replace the chain, I don't think you can slot the gear enough to make up that much slop and is probably weak anyway.

SixsixT is correct. I bet you are having a little hard starting problems too, right? If you replace the cam chain and gear, it needs to be as a set, it will start easier. Mine did anyway.
