Auxilary Brake Rattles - 1997 Sportsman 500

Rear brake Rattle - 1997 sportsman 500
I just bought a used 1997 Sportsman 500 from a local Polaris dealership. It has a rattle in the auxilary foot brake disk area. When I grabed the disk it feels real loose. Is this normal and how can I stop the rattle?
