Carbuerator Filteration System 2

Has anyone purchased one of those PC Racing Carbuerator filteration system 2 for a Warrior or any ATV for that matter? Does it really make a difference? And does it stop the bogging that sometimes occurs? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Their ad is in the new DirtWheels Mag on page 106.
