I was wondering if I could put 400ex shocks on my 98 300ex with out doing to much modification? Help me out!

 

You can't just put the 400ex shocks on, the 300ex a arms are way too short, what a lot of people do is get 400ex a arms and put them on, you will need 400ex tie rods (longer) , and they you will need to fab top shock mounts higher up to allow for taller 400 shocks. I have the parts, and am just waiting for time to do my son's 300ex, it is supposed to be night and day in ride and handling, can't wait to get mine done !!! Then you will need to widen out the back end to keep it even looking.
