Default Need Opinions....

Hey.


I'm planning on gettin TBR A-Arm and a TBR Swingarm...


I do mostly MX...Yes...with a DS650...


I was wondering what sizes you guys would reccomend for each.

Default Need Opinions....

I would say stock width a arms... may be +1 forward? But for sure a -1 swing arm. IMO this would work well for the few DS650 MXer's...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Also, any ways i could lighten up my DS? Cheap and Expensive ways....

I was thinking the same thing as pushin.....

as for the weight, wait far the 04's to come out, most of the parts i believe are interchangeable (sp?).

Default Need Opinions....

Ways of lightening : (some anyway)

Replace swingarm
Replace frame (Custom made)
Replace A-Arms
Rims
Headlight assembly
Axle
Bumpers, grab bars, footpegs.
Light weight engine components (piston, etc.).
Smaller chain (not recommended)
Aluminum Sprockets (don't last though)
Lightweight pipe
Lighter handle bars and stem
Remove front brake assembly (since you MX, forgot about this one)

That is really all I can think of right now...

Now some of these things are extremely minor...but a pound here and 2 there will do wonders all together.

Just throwin out ideas.
