Default New Scrambler...Suspension question?

I just bought a brand new 2002 Scrambler 500 4x4 and I was wondering if the suspension is fine from the factory. I weigh about 300 lbs. and was wondering if I should have the suspension tightened or stiffened or is the factory setting ok. Just seemed a little too bouncy, but I really dont know much when it comes to ATV's.

If your 300 lbs, your going to want to stiffen up that rear spring. Their should be a tool in the tool kit, just put the wrench around the nut on the bottom of the spring and turn it up, increasing the spring tension. If you get someone to lift the back of the quad for you, you can usually tighten it up by hand if you want. That should help out with the bouncy feeling. You may want to also make sure you have your tires set at the correct pressure.
