Default Pro Design base plate

Does anyone know any links of where I can order just the Pro Design adapter plate (seperately) to attach to the filter.
I have the K&N filter already. I just dont like the way it is installed in the airbox. I know it comes with the K&N power kit, but like I said I already have the filter. I would also like an outerwear to replace the foam one that I am currently using.

I would like to be able to order online, and have the stuff shipped.

Any info would be appreciated!

If the filter you have installs the same as the factory one, it will not work with the adapter.
