Help with axle bearing replacement Please?
Hi.
I'm trying to change the axle bearings on my 2001 DS650. I have the axle out. I'm looking at an axle, with bearing carrier and sprocket still installed. How exactly do I get the bearing carrier off so I can get at the Bearings? I was told the sprocket can stay on. Is this true? Any help would be greatly appreciated, seeing as I have no service manual.
