Default 250ex yoshimura jetting?

I just bought a Yoshimura competition full system for my Honda 250ex. I'm not sure what main jet and fuel screw setting i should run with a k@n air filter and Dynojet jet kit. Anyone help would be appreciated. Thanks

If your talking about the powroll bore kit, I just got it a week ago and didnt get a chance to have my cylinder bored out. Powroll claims a 20 cc increase and a good increase of torque and power.

old forum, but did that bore kit seem to have a big increase in power? because i once read a story on one of these forums how a guy got a full exhaust, jet kit, filter, and still wanted more power, so he went with a borekit, but all the kit did was make the 250ex smoke real bad

The Powroll 20cc bore kit and rockers added a nice improvement over the stock bike. It accelerates quicker and is an great wheelie machine now. Top speed wasn't added much,if at all. The sound is great w/ the big bore and yoshi now. If you decide to buy it, you won't regret it. And NO, we big bored two trx250ex's and absolutely no smoking if installed correctly. it might smoke for a short period after install if different lubes were strayed inside cylinder.

The works dual rate w/out ressies worked excellant over stock and for the money. For $350, they were an excellant buy. They increased travel from 5.7 inches to 7.1 in the front. Awesome travel for the 250ex and more comfortable for jumping the little machine.

i did keep the stock rear shock due to the rear costing over $500, but it would be worth the investment. It did buck a little, but if you kept your weight adjusted towards the back you are fine.
