Default re-padding stock seat?

Im curious if anyone has had this done? I find after riding for 4-5 hours (like today) that my tush is pretty sore. I know the pred seat is not made for long trail riding and such, and most riding is done standing up for jumps and stuff, but still, my rear is paying the price. So im thinking, is there companys out there that will add or re-pad your stock seat? How much does this usually cost? ALso, maybe it would be best to go to a local re-upolstrey company and see if they'll do it. I wonder if it would make any difference though..thats one of the reasons im asking if anyone else has done it, so they could let me know from experice if its worth the money.

Thanks all! My rear thanks you too!

Default re-padding stock seat?

I've had a local automotive upholstery do quad stuff for me before. They like the break in the routine from the car seats.

It all depends on if you have the cover/pad, or if you're gonna have them provide that. At the time, it was around $40 but that was just for changing out the cover.

talk to Cary at www.pacificcoaststar.com, his company does all types of set mods for motorcycles and maybe he can do a quad seat as will.
they have great service, and do great work.

I just found Jet Trim. They make custom seat covers (even for the Pred) and do seat mods. They may be able to take care of the re-padding
