Has anyone thought of putting the part time diff out of the front of a 00' Kodiak on a wolverine?
I believe the gear ratios are the same, can anyone confirm this? Has anyone figured out another way to make the wolverine a part time 4x4?

That sounds like a great idea. Mick P. who might still read the forums, at one time (before the forum software transfered over), had a King Quad differential he was trying to get to work in his Wolverine so he could have 2wd, 4wd, diff lock. I think the problem he ran into was getting the front/rear tire heights ratio to match up.

With the Wolverine and Kodiack probaly being similar, it could work! If you try it, let us know how it turns out.

Yep I have heard it will work. A mate has ordered the hubs and is going to give it a go. I will let you know how he gets on, but it sounds like a good project.

I believe it would work the only problem I see would be that the 00' Kodiak has a strait drive shaft with no u-joints. But if you can figure out how to put a joke on the case you will have an awsome machine. Also need to find out if the gear ratios are the same.
