2 weeks ago for the first time my friend and I rented 2 Banshee's and took them up to Big Bear in California. Neither of us had ridden before but we picked it up right when we started them up. We rode for 3 days. By the third day we were already confident in taking jumps and going top speed on the trails when we had the chance. Well we both had a blast. While I was there I rode a Honda 400 and didnt like it as much as the Banshee. Im kinda set on buying the Banshee but want to check if there is anything else to consider. I know the Raptors are fast too but not as fun as the Banshee. Let me know what you guys think.

i think you answer your own question with having only 3 days confidence. dont get too over confident, that's when high powered bikes let you know who's boss.

 

Banshees are defintly not a begginers quad.

 

i think u might be rushing into it a little fast, u need to look around at other bikes first and keep ur options open, caus with no quad experience, u tend to not respect the greatness of the quad an, like HA2 siad, thats when u find out whos boss.im not sayin ur GONNA get hurt, but it might not be the right bike for u>

 

Well I just found out that you cant get a green sticket here in Cali if you buy a 03 or newer banshee (anything 2 stroke). So I either have to look into the raptor, the YFZ450 or a 2002 banshee (used most probably).
