I will never give in to the YFZ. 450cc aren't anything to me. And for $7000, you can pipe and jet a Raptor to eat a 450.

that's all you beat with that thing, stiill wouldent trade mine in for $hit, that yfz is too small and the handlebars dident feel right,i would say if you were 130 lbz and 5 5 then it would be cool, just dident feel right when i sat on it ..and the seat is hard as hell

Sam, If you get into MXing like you want, you'll sing a different tune. These quads are fast. When you run up on a piped and jetted YFZ at the dunes and you find it hard to keep him from getting close enough to sniff your exhuast every race you'll be as impressed as the rest.

You know, I enjoy working on my bikes almost as much as I love riding them. ALMOST! To me, it takes a little away buying a quad that basically has already been modified to its full potential. I can bore a Z400 and with enough money and time, make it run just like the YFZ450's do. I take a lot of pride in the fact that I have built my bikes to be the way they are. Building bikes is as much a hobby as riding them.

That's exactly how I feel HoundDog. I've got too much sweat and tears into building a stock bore bike that has been tweaked over the last 2 1/2 yrs that runs with 686's to think about giving that all up. It's my pride and joy.
