Which ATV handles better and is faster, the Yamaha YFZ 450 or the Kawasaki KFX 700 V-Force?

 

You're trying to compare an SS Camaro to a Yukon....

You need to decide what's important to you.

If you want a good handling, lightweight, high RPM race/sport quad, buy the YFZ

If you want an automatic, heavy but powerful, torqey low RPM sport/trailrider get the KFX

 

Which one is faster do you think?

 

Faster out of the gate? I'd guess the YFZ
Faster top end? I'd guess the V-Force
Faster potential? I'd guess the YFZ

These really aren't in the same "class" so why the comparison?

 

lol...I can't make up my mind which one I want to buy!

 

The reason for the comparision is.....I do all kinds of riding, anywhere from cruising around in the woods, playing around on a motocross track to gravel pits and drag racing!

 

The question is, what do you want to do with the quad? Do you want to race? Do you want to drag? Do you want to jump? Do you want to putt putt on the trails? Tells us what kind of riding you want to be doing.

 

I do all types of riding....I want a four wheeler that will do all that!

 

All types, OK. What sort of environment do you drive it? What other quads do your friends have? What have you owned in the past? Will this be your first ATV? How old are you?

 

Maybe this will make it easier for you...
Do you want an automatic, or do you want to shift? Do you want a light weight nimble "racer", or do you wna ta bigger, more comfortable torque monster?
