Fired it up for the first time last night with the gas tank just set on there then, checked the valves this morning and finished her up!
I have two issues to fix tomorrow - small coolant leak - hopefully a loose hose & need to put the GYTR full skid back on.
The kit is a mild 686 (Craycraft) stage 1 cam, 11:1 piston, port work, GYTR clutch (worst part of the build ) and put some new GYTR Aluminum Heel guards on too (need to take pictures before they get skuffed up.) Put the full Yoshi pipe on and the Pro-design K&N Air Filter. Running 180/185 jets on the 4th clip and 25/27.5 pilots (couldn't decide which size to go with so. . . went with one of each!) (Forgot to adjust the mix screws but, it fired right up the first time!
Thanks to:
Lowbowtie - Thanks for taking my phone calls.

Various other forum members for assistance when I hit a road-block!
Gotta give big props to My Wife!!! (Yep, she is Cool) She was right in there wrenching and carring her weight. She even let me take her quad out for the first run around the block! Good bonding experience for us!
Well, tomorrow we start packing for Pismo (Aug 6-10). Can't wait to see how it runs!

Sounds great! What was so bad about the GYTR clutch? I had problems with keeping the gasket lined up and getting that dam pivot shaft to line up, but I finally got it. I haven't had a chance to race any built Raps with my nitrous yet, but I'm hoping. Have fun at Pismo!
