90cc kasea airfilter box

I have a Hetrick built 2003 kasea 90 but the carb setup for harescambles is in the open to much. Running a 24mm carb and Uni filter with cloth cover and on wet days a 2L bottle over that. Any help here need it bad. Any help would be great.

Run a DRR tube from the carb to under the seat.

how makes a drr I can't find were to get one and the local atv store is dumbfounded. Please help one last time thanks for the help so far
