i saw there compression is 9:1.. can that be upped by pistons?

The sky's the limit, let your imagination run free. Yes check the past threads, read some atv mags, also you can do anything to any year quad.

 

How much much do you want to spend?

 

Just my opinion, unless you are planning on racing it and need maximum performance, you should put a good 6 months on it stock before you start with the mods. Unless you just want to dump a lot of money into mods just so you can say you have a moded Raptor.

 

yah i agree with starkey.........i got a 03 LE raptor after havin a blaster my whole life......it was like playin basket ball against my lil sis then takin on jordan him self. The jump was insane, something that dident help me with this transistion was i threw a DMC alien full pipe and k and n filter and jet kit on it the first week i had it. id try ur raptor stock for a while then once ur used to ridin it then the sky is the limit.

 

i dont play on touching whatever quad i get for awhile but i still want to see what i can do when i feel the time is right.

 

One thing you can do is look through everyones signature block thing below their posts. Most people put down what they have done to their quads.
