Warrior Headlight Rattle
#1
Hey all ...
I thought this would make a nice break from the recent War of The 450CC Quads.
The plastic grid/cover on my headlights is rattling something fierce!! Does anyone have this problem with their Warrior? Did you manage to fix it? How?
It's annoyingly loud at low speeds in like 1st and 2nd when the engine revs up a bit.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!

If I remember right that cover just clips on. You will probably have to get a new cover. The only way I can see that it should rattle is if a clip is broken. Check out RivaRacing.com to see a schematic of how the light comes apart.

first thing you have to do is take off the headlight assembly,"the entire bracket" after that i think you should be able to take the light apart. sounds like you might have a broken bulb rattlin around or you just need to tighten some bolts. if you have the manual that came with the bike it should have directions, hope this helps you.
