can i say it again,another testing done,that clutch make revving the motor so more easely that it is pretty quick,a digital pinch of the throttle and you're lauching real hard,i don't beleive what
the standard polaris primary stand for anymore,it is writing "racing clutch" :"do not spin it over 8500 rpm" on the cover....yahoo!!

 

So do you have to dial the Comet clutch in or can you just switch
over the componets from the stock clutch? Like, I have HPD's
aggresive clutch kit componets in my stock clutch so I can switch
all that stuff to the Comet clutch and get more power?

 

They are supposed to accept any of the original components. You could always run the comet snow weights and springs in the polaris clutches.

 

what exactly is the comet clutch that everyone is talking about is a completely different unit ot just different springs, heli, etc?

 

its a completely different unit..anybody know the cheapest place to buy one?

anyone know how many $$$ that runs? is it only the primary side of the clutch thats all it shows in the picture

 

I got mine on e-bay for $320 with weights and spring.

 

That's a great deal considering the stock replacement lists for $300. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] Save money and gain performance...that's cool!!!

 

i got mine with no weights and helix for around 640$ canadian cash,
if you put the same setup as your old polaris primary,you won't beleive it how better is that clutch.....
it need tuning once you catch up how it work so quickly.
