Has anyone found what they think to be the best A-arms and axles for the Lakota/Mojaves. I'm looking to put wider ones on my wifes quad and I will put some good aftermarket shocks on it. I want this quad tom have exceptional handling. By the time I get the suspension and engine dialed in it has to match the 400EX.

Dura Blue makes the best axle, Eliminator 2+2. I'm not sure if anyone makes a-arms for a Mojave. When I was looking for some for my two Mojaves, only one place had something. It was Burgard Cycle. I extended my stock ones. This summer I plan on making a set for it along with a swingarm and custom airbox that will use a 250x air filter.

After reading all the reports from third party testers of the axle why do you think that they suck? Just out of curiousity, does lonestar or RPM have a life time guarntee against bending?

First off Lonestar and RPM both have lifetime warranties like the durablue. But the thing with the durablue is u will have to use the warranty. If the axle breaks you just have to pay shipping for the new one. wBut if that breaks u get nothin, The warranty is only on the original sale. Everyone i know with a RPM or LOnestar used to have a durablue if that says anything!

Thanks for the input. I did not know about the warranty situation. Maybe I need to rethink this before I order my new axle for my mojave!

Thanks,

First off, Lonestar doesn't make an axle for a Mojave. I have a Lonestar axle on my 250r, and I love it. Second, the RPM axle for the Mojave only has a 6 month warrenty because it is the heavy duty for the same price as the Dura-Blue Eliminator. I have had my dura-blue axle on my Mojave for a year now, and after numerous amounts off 70ft. jumps it has yet to break.
