Unbeliveble pipe is on loud side but WOW!! Just lit up the bottom end and for where I'm at didn't even have to rejet. My buddy just got his yfz and he tried mine and he still can't belive how well the pipe makes power for the pred and how well the the bike handles in general, shocks, steering etc. plus I saved 5 pounds from stock one.

Do you have the quiet core? How about a DB meter level?

Patience, modquad....in 2 weeks I will get to akeley and we can test my unit out. I went riding by myself at a park in Iowa on Sunday...and wow. 3rd gear through any turn and 2nd in the tightest woods you can find....much more tourqe than even the 13/38 gearing. And the new fronts handle sweet!! I'm almost thinking about what I could do for different back tires...they do slide to much when I get to pushing the machine! But I got lots of compliments on the sound and quality of the HMF pipe from several pred riders! I might get the quiet core anyway...just so I don't draw too much attention where it isn't needed if you know what I mean!

Doh! I forgot about that. As always, I'll have the meter with. Too much tachometer on da brain.

I have the quiet core, and I don't think it made it as quiet as they claim. However, it did take some of the low end away.

It is louder than a raptor with a CT system or a FMF ti and also 400ex with a sparks system if that is any help. Try out the Kendra Klaw tires I really like them. They hook up better than the razors where I ride.
But not much louder then what bike I listed

I have thought about the Klaws...they are radials aren't they?? They've been getting really good reviews from what I've read.
