Default Places to Post Movies

Hi all!!

I'm heading to a small town (village actually) called Terra Nova this weekend .. my grandmother lives there and there are some wicked sand pits in the area. I'm hoping (HOPING) to be able to get some video of me riding in the pit (my buddy bailed so I brought my tripod ..) and I'm wondering a couple of things:

1. Can anyone reccomend some good AVI editors? I'll be doing most of the shooting with my Cannon Powershot S50 (3minutes a peice) and I'll probably need to do some aftertouches, deletions etc ... and maybe some compression.

2. Can anyone suggest a good site for posting ATV movies? These will be extremely amature, but I know the digital camera movies are often pretty big (16 + megs) considering how long they are!! My msn groups site will not be able to hold that much .. they only allow 3 megs .. If there are any people here who host sites and would like to post the vids then I would appreciate the space ...

The vids will probably be pretty lame .. especially in light of some of the ones I've seen posted here ... If I think they're decent at all I'd like to share them .. heck .. even if I do something really stupid and manage to catch it I'd like to share that too for a good laugh!!

Any suggestions / responses appreciated

Thanks,

Trev

OMG .. I did my videos and I realize two things from them:

1. At 5'8" and 165 I'm too big for the Warrior, despite it's performance and power which I find very please, though I am wishing for more now after some good hard riding. In my videos I look like I'm riding a little kids quad .. and I'm not a big guy at all!!

2. What seems like a really big jump .. ain't always so. I thought I was getting some pretty good air in my jumps and though the vids are from over 100' away it seems quite clear that I'm not getting more than 2'. I am travelling a good 28-30' though in the air, so it's not all bad.

I realize now that some of these crazy guys jumping 60+ feet and getting 10 - 12' of air are truly crazy!! My pulse was pumping after each one of my wee little jumps, and I did bottom out my front suspension a couple of times when I came down on the front wheels.

Anyway .. I have 3 videos made (very short) of about 1 minute each of me taking my jumps.

If anyone has any responses to the above, please let me know. Otherwise .. if you want to see the vids .. let me know and I'll send them to you unless you know somewhere to post them .. they're about 18megs each .. which is why I want a good video editor to compress them down a bit.

Keep it cool dudes!!

Trev
