if u rejeted u'r carb u probally got the wrong jets or u'r idle screw on the side of u'r carb is turned up so all it does is give it the gas with out u giving it the gas thats my guess.

Stevie,

If turning the idle screw doesn't help, you may have to go for a richer pilot jet. I'd go up one or two sizes to see if it'll help. Also check for leaks in the intake, between the carb and the cylinder. That should solve your problem!

The idle screw is all the way down it was because the way the throttle cable was stretched out but now its fine. Thanks anyway. It only took 3 hours.

Stevie,

Run ther standard tests, for spark, compression and fuel. This should narrow it down to one area in which to concentrate on.

Yeah Mike's right you need an richer pilot jet, the idling caused your spark plug to foul.
