Hey Folks.....

I am new to the ATV world and I am looking to buy a new ATV for playing and doing some work.

I have looked at the Wolverine and read the reviews on it, but never had a chance to drive one. I have looked at and drove the Polaris Sportsman 500 and really liked the feel and features of it.

The type of ATV I am looking for is one that will allow me to plow my driveway in the winter and have some speed and handling so I can play too!. I am leaning towards the Wolverine, but don't know if it can handle plowing snow or any other utility duty.
Can you carry a passenger on the Wolverine?.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanx.

I have tried both and they are both great. I think, with the right seat, you can carry a passenger on the Wolverine. All depends if you want an auto or a manual??

I have a 2000 wolverine.
Yes, you can carry a passenger. I'm 6'3" 220lbs, and I drive my wife (5'4" 140lbs) around quite a bit.
As far as plowing snow, I've been told and read that the wolverine will plow with no problem. I will be buying a plow before winter so I won't have any personal experience until then.
Let me also say that the wolverine is a blast to ride. I can ride it on two wheels easily (either the 2 rear , 1 front & 1 rear , and do stoppies getting the rear tires at least a foot off the ground) I've also gotten the whole machine between 4-5 ft off the ground going over jumps.
On the other hand if you will be doing more work than play I would look at the magnum 500.
