my dealer has a kit for 45 dollars that has turn signals, horn, and mirror. is that a good price? im not sure if its all gonna work on my quad or not. or is there some other kit I can get for cheaper or just the specifc parts i need, mainly blinkers and a horn.

also what are some cheap radial DOT (department of transportation) tires that would work on my V? maybe some that come with rims or could you direct me to some cheap rims? i dont want anything thats gonna fall apart on me, just good enough to ride around on the streets with my friends on their motorcycles.
