Default 12 tooth C/S sprocket for the raptor?

Guys I'm tired of trying to go from 1st to 2nd so much. We have a pretty tight flat track course, and I'm having to drop down to 1st too much. My question is does going to the 12 tooth make for too much shifting on more open tracks? I want to spend the majority of my time in 2nd-4th. Pretty much eliminating the need for 1st. except in REAL tight trail riding. Whats been ya'lls experiences with the 12 tooth counter shaft sprocket? Thanks in advance for any responses.

Thanks for the quick response Cuz. I'm going out today to grab one. With the 01's trans problems it just scares me going from 1st to 2nd so much with the neutral in between.
