Everyone with cut fenders......what did you use to cut them?

Well anything that you can, but when you are done it's a good idea to use a fine grit sand paper and go over it to smooth it all out and make it look nice.

jig saw. then smoothed it with a sure-form.

I used a router(cut it), razor knife(rolled edge), sand paper(smooth) and a torch(smoother). All in that order, when my pics are approved i have some of them cut in there.

I used a Dremel tool to cut mine it was an old one and ended up burning it up.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] But I finished the job with a good razor knife. That actually worked really well and left a better edge. It was a little tough (about like cutting carpet) but almost any thing that cutts smooth will work. Keep in mind the less you stress the plastic the less white edges you'll have.

I did the same as LOWBOWTIE....Used a Dremel to cut back the plastic for my dez tank. It works great, just use the others guys advise and sand afterwards....
