Default New to the game

I found a 2000 ds650 today for 1500.00 it needs a rod and crank is this a good deal.

i think i saw the rod and crank is 300 plus you would have install. other than that if the rest is in good shape it sounds good.

Not if you want to ride tomorrow! LOL!
You could probably part it out and at least get your money back...or check into the prices on the parts and labor...check the price of a 2000 model DS HERE and do the math. Good luck with whatever path you choose.

does any one know if the ds650 has a oilling problem, and how much are parts for ds650

the rotax doesn't seem to have any problems, just riders that don't check oil. azsand said he lost the lower oil line on a ride and lost a lower end. but that was just a bad luck thing.
