a raptor with a yoshi pipe, K&N w/no lid 155 and 160 main jets, 2 3/4 turns out, stock pilot.

If you rev it up it seems to stick at about 1/4 throttle for about 5 seconds. Then it slowly comes down to a normal idle. We cleaned out the carbs and made sure the choke cable is not gumed up.

Ran out of stuff to try, any idea what to do next?

 

Your throttle cable might be twisted. Make sure the throttle is returning. If that is good it is lean, check for air leaks at the boots and you should also be about 3 turns out maybe a hair more on the mix screws with stock pilots.

 

We also tried to cover most of the airbox to richen it. Still did not want to idle down.

We will have to check for leaks.
