sudden loss of power in 1st gear!

sudden loss of power in 1st gear!
i have an 03 raptor with a dmc alien pipe, a proflow kit, removed lid, carbs are jetted 160/165, i have a 25 pilot, and when i wheelie in first it will pop up then suddenly loose all power. then bugs me wtf is going on please help!
