Best place to get the IMS tank?

I've purchased two IMS tanks from RMATV, they had a sweet deal both times: $199.99 each with free shipping. You can't ask for a better deal! If you don't get free shipping, I'd still try for the $199.99 though. I'm sure other shops can match that, especially if they do charge shipping on the order.
